HUGO CARTRIDGE
500g
Hugo Cartridge 500 is a standard screw cap cartridge weighing 500g, designed for use with two-hand systems such as the Reiner grease gun system or similar. This injection-molded grease cartridge maintains high quality with uniform wall thickness and stable structure. Made of PP copolymer, it is characterized by high rigidity and impact resistance. The cartridge is delivered sealed with a screw cap for easy removal and resealing.

Delivered with a vacuum-driven plastic piston for installation after filling, which eliminates the need for a mechanical piston and spring at the back of the grease gun

HUGO CARTRIDGE
400g
Hugo Cartridge 400 is a grease cartridge developed for packaging lubricating grease in standard size for 400g grease guns according to DIN std 1284. The injection-molded grease cartridge maintains high quality with uniform wall thickness and stable structure. The cartridges are made of PP copolymer with high rigidity and impact resistance, and the assembled pull-tab is made of PELLD.

Hugo S
Hugo 400S is a new vacuum-driven grease cartridge that eliminates the need for a piston and spring at the back of a grease gun. These are replaced by a trailing plastic piston driven by vacuum, eliminating the need for the heavy spring and piston found in a traditional grease gun. It is designed to fit most vacuum systems with adapters available (Fuchs, Lincoln, and many more), and the piston design minimizes leakage and allows for nearly total consumption of the grease inside the cartridge.
The cartridge is made of PP copolymer with high rigidity and impact resistance, and the piston is made of PELLD. The Hugo S grease cartridge ensures consistent quality with uniform wall thickness and high stability.
